Culurgiones di patate al ragu di polpetti -- potato culurgiones with octopus ragout. We'd missed having this Sardinian pasta specialty for days, and now, at the last minute, we caught up with them. They're delicious large dumplings filled with cheese.

Millefoglie di recciola marinata e carciofi -- amberjack puff pastry with artichokes. In this case the raw fish is the puff pastry.

Sardininan dessert wine much like port. I just barely missed buying a bottle of it at the airport.

'Omaggio alla Sicilia' ravioli fritti ai fichi d'India e granita alle mandorle -- fried ravioli with prickly pears and almond water ice.

Sigarette di cioccoloato con meringa al pistacchio e caffe -- chocolate sigaret with coffee and pistachio meringue. Yum!
